Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you have had an amazing week. I am working on some fun things I can’t wait to share soon. Excited for spring to come for all the veggies that come with that season from artichokes, to leek and asparagus and beyond. Fun thing I love to do each week when I go to the farmers market or grocery store is to pick one new or different thing that I don’t normally eat each week. Wether it be a new veggie, fruit or protein its great to get diversity into our diets!

This week is a little mix of meals and sauces. For me a great sauce up levels any meal makes plain chicken or fish taste amazing!!

Dairy free cashew cream sauce – Perfect for salads, burrito bowls , anywhere you would use sour cream or cream

Salsa chicken – Dinner in 30 minutes and one pan

Roasted Salmon with Carrot top salsa verde – My favorite way to eat carrot tops treat them like a herb

Turkey meatballs – Meatballs are good anyway of the week , also make a double batch and freeze!

Banana bread chocolate chip baked oatmeal – meal prep and delicious for breakfast and snacks ( kid favorite )

Baked Sweet potato Fries – I mean who doesn’t love a french fry
