Cool down with this healthy high protein frozen yogurt bark. Topped with strawberries, almond butter and chocolate chips , it’s perfect for snacks, dessert or even breakfast. High protein and a kid favorite the best part is the flavor combinations are endless. One of my go to snacks to keep in the freezer when I want a healthy treat.

INGREDIENTS & SUBSTITUTIONS

  • Yogurt: Use a full fat yogurt for the best texture and flavor. Vanilla yogurt is a great base to use, but you can use any flavor you like. I love plain as the fruit, nut butter and chocolate add tons of flavor.
  • Fruit: Fresh strawberries add a great pop of color and it’s a tasty way to get some fruit into your family’s diet. You can make this bark with other fresh fruits like mango, raspberries, blueberries or kiwi fruit.
  • Chocolate Chips : Nothing better than chocolate in my opinion if your not in the chocolate mood you can add something else crunchy like nuts, seeds, or even toasted coconut!

HOW TO MAKE YOGURT BARK

  1. Spread the yogurt evenly over a lined baking sheet.
  2. Top with sliced strawberries
  3. Drizzle with almond butter
  4. Finish with chocolate chips and freeze until firm

Will last in the freezer for 1 month! Great way to get the kids in the kitchen and have fun with all the toppings! Happy Cooking – Enjoy XOXO
