Jalapeno Chimichurri

Bountiful of herbs and a hint of spice, the perfect sauce for any meal.

  • 1 cup packed parsley leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 3 tbsp oregano chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 shallot finely minced
  • 2 whole jalopenos seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Place all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl mix well. Scoop mixture into a jar and pour olive oil on top. Season with more salt if needed.
