Freezer Meatballs

Easy and delicious Meatballs for a quick dinner on the table

  • 1 lb grass fed ground beef
  • 1 lb mild or hot pork sausage
  • 1 cup sourdough breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup organic tomato sauce
  • 1/2 sweet onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup italian parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt and pepper


  • Place breadcrumbs in a bowl with warm water allow to soak for a few minutes. In a large bowl add beef, pork, eggs, cheese, seasonings, onion, parsley and tomato sauce. Mix a few times and then add breadcrumbs ( make sure you squeeze out excess water) and mix until everything is incorporated. Roll into equal sized balls and place on a baking sheet freeze for 1 hour. Than transfer into a bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
