Grilled Asparagus with a sunflower parsley gremola Grilled Asparagus with a sunflower parsley gremolata! I am so excited the weather here in park city is kind of starting to turn so I busted out the BBQ. Asparagus is one of my favorite spring vegetables I love them in all forms weather they are raw, grilled or roasted. For this dish I simply brushed them with @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil seasoned with @redmondrealsalt salt and pepper and grilled 3-4 minutes per side. I toasted some sunflower seeds in a pan and chopped them up with fresh parsley, finely minced garlic and lemon zest. Sprinkled it on top just before serving and drizzled with olive oil. Simple, easy and delicious! ⁣

Grass Fed Beef , Pesto and Beet Burgers!! One of m Grass Fed Beef , Pesto and Beet Burgers!! One of my favorite things to do is take vegetables and use them as vessels for some of my favorite foods. Like here instead of using bread for the bun I used golden beets! Simply just roasted them whole in the oven once cooked I peeled them and sliced thick enough to hold the burger and fixings. Topped with fresh basil pesto, slow roasted tomatoes, arugula and my favorite beef @belcampomeatco ( use code SAVOR to save 20%) ⁣

The perfect poached eggs! I just posted my go to t The perfect poached eggs! I just posted my go to technique I learned from my grandma when I was little on the blog. Now that spring is in the air I am all about eating eggs they are the perfect protein for spring veggies. Not only that but eggs are one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet and so good for us. A poached egg is my favorite because I love the way a runny yolk makes its own sauce and soaks up all the flavors on the plate. This is a fun way to get the kids into the kitchen too. ⁣
