DOUBLE TAP IF YOU LOVE A QUICK HEALTHY LUNCH!⁣

 I was making lunch the other day and wanted tuna so I foraged my fridge and it came out delicious so I thought I would share. I love eating canned seafood not only is it so affordable but so healthy for you. You can get all your omega’s in one serving and they are an amazing source of high quality protein.  I like my tuna a little on the dryer side so feel free to add more mayo if you want. I served mine in cabbage leaves with avocado on the bottom the perfect amount of crunch and creaminess. ⁣
Do you eat canned fish? What is your favorite? ⁣

1 can @wildplanetfoods tuna ⁣
2 -4 tbsp @primalkitchenfoods mayo ⁣
1 tbsp chopped pepperchonis ⁣
1 tbsp fresh chopped dill ⁣
1 tsp whole grain mustard ⁣
kosher salt and pepper ⁣
avocado for serving ⁣
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix season with salt and pepper to taste.

March Favorites - Artichokes, beets, brussel sprouts, leeks, cabbage, asparagus, citrus fruits, mushrooms, parsnips, peas, radish and sweet potatoes! ⁣

Olive oil slow roasted artichokes, leeks, garlic and thyme! Have a can of artichokes can also use fresh? this recipe is perfect for them so easy and delicious perfect pantry staple I make quite often. For the recipe rinse and drain artichokes and place in a baking dish with 1 cup of chopped leeks, handful of peeled garlic cloves, 1 sprig of thyme and cover in olive oil @caoliveranch . Season with salt and pepper bake in the oven at 300’f for 40-50 minutes and finish with a splash of your favorite vinegar. ⁣
