Sunday Family meal!⁣ ⁣ This week is all about Sunday Family meal!⁣
⁣
This week is all about spring, Lamb Kebabs with a smashed Pea and Herb sauce. I also grilled some citrus which adds another layer of deliciousness. ⁣
DO you eat one meal a day with family members? I read a recent study that only 40% of americans eat together 3-4 times a week and 10% don’t even eat together at all. Try and make it a daily practice to eat one meal with a friend or family we all need the community and love around the table. ⁣
Have an amazing day!

PIZZA POTATO TOAST! ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ It’s Friday! whi PIZZA POTATO TOAST! ⁣
⁣
⁣
It’s Friday! which means for me it’s #fridgeforage day. I do this every week its kind of like my own version of the show Chopped on @foodnetwork. I take whatever leftovers I have and make a meal out of them. Today I had some leftover roasted potato toast, roasted cauliflower that I made into a pizza hummus, caramelized onions and fresh herbs. Also drizzled on a little cashew cream i had to make it complete. ⁣
⁣
⁣
DO you ever make meals like this? ⁣
⁣
⁣
I try my best to use everything I can and not waste! ⁣
⁣
⁣
What are your favorite ways to use leftovers?
