Sunday family dinner!! One of my favorite things f Sunday family dinner!! One of my favorite things from childhood was have a weekly Sunday dinner some of the best memories! You definitely can’t go wrong with Meatloaf! One of our family staples is this Mushroom Meatloaf with Bacon tomato jam! I love to add veggies into dishes especially ground meat mixtures because most people dont even notice LOL! Also leftover meatloaf sandwiches are bomb!! So make extra! ⁣

 One tip if your making one of your favorite recipes Double up and freeze a batch that way you have a surprise dinner on night to pull out of the freezer! ⁣

QUICK AND EASY RECIPE! Cheers to the weekend every QUICK AND EASY RECIPE! Cheers to the weekend everyone nothing better than a quick and delicious meal to kick off the weekend. I love making tacos and always have so much fun making new salsas and using veggies as shells. ⁣

Tacos⁣
1 lb Grass fed beef @belcampomeatco ( code SAVOR for 20% off) ⁣
1 pkg @sietefoods taco seasoning ⁣
1 lime zested and juiced ⁣
2-3 large radishes thinly sliced or your favorite shells ⁣
⁣
⁣
Heat sauce pan and cook beef until almost cooked through add spice mix per package directions. Once cooked finish with lime juice and zest. ⁣

⁣
Salsa ( makes more than you will need for tacos) ⁣
⁣
⁣
2 large avocados, diced ⁣
1 bunch cilantro, chopped⁣
1 bunch green onions, diced⁣
4 roma tomatoes, seeds removed, diced⁣
1 large poblano pepper, charred, skin removed and diced ⁣
1 jalapeno, seeds removed, diced ⁣
2 cans organic black beans, drained and rinsed ⁣
1 can organic corn, drained and rinsed ⁣
1/4 cup olive oil⁣
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar ⁣
2 limes juiced ⁣
Zest 1 lime ⁣
1 tbsp dried oregano ⁣
1 tsp + 1 tsp kosher salt ⁣
Mix first 8 ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and lime zest. Mix olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, oregano and salt into a bowl mix to combine. Add dressing to salsa, mix well and add adjust seasonings if needed.
