These chocolate banana muffins are ridiculously easy to make . . . and even easier to eat. Full of ripe bananas, protein powder, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate chunks! Socially acceptable for breakfast, but decadent enough for dessert. No flour and refined sugar free which makes these a great way to start or end the day!
I love making muffins and having them on hand for when I need a quick snack or treat. These muffins are sweetened mainly by the bananas so make sure that they are very ripe which makes them sweeter. If you don't have ripe bananas simply place in there peel on a baking sheet and bake at 350'f for 25-30 minutes until the skin is black. Allow to completely cool and add into recipe.
