Raspberry Basalmic Dressing!
This quick and easy dressing literally came together by accident. I had some raspberries that were starting to show signs of mold so I decided to blend them up and make a dressing. I try and do my best to make sure I don’t waste food so making dressing and sauces are perfect for this.
This dressing is only five ingredients and I bet you have everything in your pantry to make it . You need fresh or frozen raspberries, maple syrup, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and fresh thyme. I blended these all up in the blender and seasoned with a pinch of salt. It’s as easy as that! I have been using this dressing in kale salads and serving this as a sauce with grilled proteins. So quick and delicious and an easy way to get more fruit into your day.
