Healthy Peanut Butter Cup Hummus

Healthy Peanut Butter Cup Hummus!

Halloween is right around the corner! I don’t know about you but the Reeses Peanut butter cup is my all time favorite candy. Love the candy but not the ingredients which is why I love creating healthy versions of unhealthy favorites. This hummus gives you the same peanut butter cup flavor without the poor ingredients.

Loaded with protein from the black beans and nut butter, creamy smooth texture and the perfect snack for after school or dinner. Just pair with your favorite fruits and even veggies like Jicima with this hummus and it will become a new family favorite!

I do recommend making this with a food processor or a high speed blender that way you get the perfect smooth consistency. Stock your pantry with these staples: black beans, coconut sugar, cacao powder, peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt. You can even mix it up and use your favorite nut and seed butter and also add chopped nuts for texture.

Simple delicious treats made with wholesome ingredients are the best way to indulge in something sweet! Don’t waste money on candy and fill your body with better for you nutrients.
