Healthy No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Balls

Perfect for fueling after a workout or an after dinner treat. I don’t know about you but I have a healthyish treat everyday and love every bite of it.

I prefer coconut sugar, maple syrup and honey for sweeteners and almond and coconut flour for the base. Still just as delicious but full of more nutrients than your typical treats.

This recipe I adapted from Love and Lemons raw cookie dough super food bars. I used the same base but instead added mushroom powder, 1/4 cup chopped peanuts and dark chocolate chips and rolled them into balls. You can store them in the refrigerator or the freezer. I love to get all of my ingredients from
