Healthy 5 ingredient nut butter cookies. Easy and delicious perfect for an after school treat.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup peanuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Heat oven 350.
  2. Place nut butter, pitted dates, vanilla and egg in food processor and mix until combined. Add chocolate chips and peanuts if using and pulse until combined. Roll dough into 8 balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 9-12 minutes.
