Harissa and Orange Slow roasted Halibut

  • 2 lbs Fresh Halibut ,skin removed
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1 orange, halved
  • kosher salt and pepper
  1. Heat oven 275 F.
  2. Pat fish dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper. Place fish in oven safe baking dish. Rub harissa paste on top. Add oil and orange juice from orange. Bake in the oven 15-20 minutes or until fish begins to flake.
