These brownies have been giving me life lately. I have to admit I am a huge sucker for anything peanut butter and chocolate and these satisfy every craving I could imagine. I have a feeling the majority of us are still baking up a storm I know I am so I thought I would share these for a weekend baking treat.

My absolute favorite part is you only need 5 ingredients to make these brownies and they are gluten free. All you need are Eggs, Nutella, almond flour, peanut butter and espresso powder. The espresso powder is completely optional but I just love how it boosts up the flavor of the chocolate. I have a little problem with it actually I seem to put it in every dessert with chocolate I make LOL. The recipe only calls for 3 tbsp of peanut butter but I sometimes have a heavy hand and add just a tad more. You can’t go wrong with extra peanut butter.

The last thing I like to do every time I make brownies is what I call the icing on the cake. Sprinkle flaky salt right on top as they come out of the oven my favorites are Maldon and Redmond Salts they add that perfect amount of salty sweet balance.

These brownies are gooey, rich and chocolatey. Perfect for the whole family. Happy Baking!!!
